Hello I’m Emily!

I’m 24 years old, born and raised in San Diego, CA and I am a personal trainer. I fell in love with fitness at a very young age. I started playing softball at around 5 years old and played for over 15 years. Throughout the years I grew a love for working out and experimented with different forms of fitness. From competitive running, weightlifting, strength/conditioning classes, HIIT, CrossFit, jiu jitsu, muay thai and much more. I really enjoyed all of it and became addicted to the feeling after a really good workout.

My sophomore year in college I felt really lost. Constantly changing my major, I never felt like I could find something I really wanted to pursue for the rest of my life. I knew I loved helping people and I knew I loved working out. Then one day it just clicked, why not pursue a career in personal training. I started working towards being a trainer back in March 2020, and I have never been happier. It has opened so many doors and has challenged me in many ways.

As a trainer my overall goal is to learn as much as possible, so I am able to help and educate as many people as I can throughout my life. Teaching individuals to take care of their body so they can have a long, healthy and fulfilled life. The way to increase longevity is to simply be healthy. Eat good food, stay active, drink your water, incorporate at least 2 days of strength training per week, be kind, and love yourself.
